Mysore, Coorg & Nileshwar*

Royal Roads. Coffee Hills. Coastal Calm.

Easy
This route gives you a bit of everything. Heritage and temple bells in Mysore, coffee trails and Buddhist monasteries in Coorg, and finally, the quiet lull of Kerala’s undiscovered beach town – Nileshwar. From tuktuks to backwaters, elephant camps to Ayurvedic massages, this is South India in slow, sweeping motion — exactly the way it should be.

One journey. Three moods. Here’s how.
Day 1 – Bangalore: Arrival & Reset
Land at Bangalore. Check into a luxury hotel. Ease into India with comfort and calm before the cultural dive begins.
Day 2 – Mysore: Dosas & Palaces
Hop into a tuktuk for a guided ride across the royal city. Come evening, walk the old streets and savour Mysore’s flavours — banana leaf biryanis, samosas, and sweets.
Day 3 – Tuk-Tuks & Taste Trails
Soak in the scenery. Today’s for riverside walks, packed lunches, and letting the forested valley pace your day. Go light, go slow.
Day 4 – Temple Tops & Market Stops
Early climb (or drive) to Chamundi Hill. After your visit, dig into an iconic Mysore Masala Dosa. The rest of the day is for silk, incense, and exploring Mysore’s back lanes.
Day 5 – Srirangapatna: Of Forts & Faith
A short drive out takes you to the riverside town of Srirangapatna — with its 9th-century temples and Tipu Sultan’s teakwood palace. History in slow motion.
Day 6 – Coorg: Into the Green
Wind into Coorg after breakfast. Stop at the Golden Temple at Bylakuppe en route. Reach your forested retreat by lunch. Breathe in the clean air. Walk to a viewpoint if you like.
Day 7 – Elephants, Forts & Forests
Early start to Dubare Elephant Camp — feed, bathe, and walk with the giants. Later, explore Madikeri town, a Shiva temple, and catch sunset at Raja’s Seat.
Day 8 – Coffee, Slow & Still
Spend your day walking through coffee plantations and nearby villages. Optional Ayurveda massage at the resort. No alarms needed.
Day 9 – Nileshwar: Beach Begins
Drive 4.5 hours to Nileshwar, Kerala. Check into your coastal hideout. Walk barefoot. Watch the palms sway. Let time do nothing.
Day 10–14 – Nileshwar: The Easy Life
Wake slow. Explore backwaters on a houseboat. Swim, sunbathe, stretch into yoga, or go for a nature walk. Visit pepper plantations. Or just do nothing. That’s the point.
Day 15 – Departure
After breakfast, drive to Mangalore Airport (2.5 hrs). Tour ends.
