Fort Kochi*

Colonial calm. Cultural pulse.

Easy
A walkable coastal town where every street tells a story. Fort Kochi is steeped in layers of Portuguese, Dutch and British influence — palaces, churches, spice markets, synagogues and martial arts arenas all lie tucked into its narrow, art-filled lanes. Expect slow mornings, rich history, and sunsets over Chinese fishing nets.

Step into the past. Here’s how.
Day 1 – Arrival & Ease In
Land at Kochi International Airport and transfer to a boutique hotel in Fort Kochi. Walk around the charming Princess Street — colonial buildings, quiet cafés and local galleries set the tone.
Day 2 – Footnotes from the Past
A guided heritage walk begins post breakfast. Stroll along the waterfront, witness the iconic Chinese fishing nets in action, visit the Dutch cemetery, St. Francis Church (1503), and the Santa Cruz Basilica. Leisure time in the evening.
Day 3 – Spice, Soul & Sunset
Head to Mattancherry. Wander through Jew Town, explore the Dutch Palace, spice markets and the Paradesi Synagogue (16th century). Return for lunch and rest. End the day on an Arabian Sea sunset cruise.
Day 4 – Martial Grace & Cultural Moves
Take it slow till lunch. Post that, visit the Jain Temple and enjoy an immersive evening with a live Kalaripayattu performance (Kerala’s ancient martial art) and a Kathakali dance show.
Day 5 – Departure
Post breakfast, transfer for onward journey. Tour ends.
